Frame and Pivot Assembly
Assembly usually begins with the base frame and pivot components that allow the table bed to rotate. Hardware orientation and locking pins matter because the moving assembly depends on the correct sequence. Manufacturer instructions should remain available during setup, and unapproved modifications should not be used to compensate for missing parts.
Ankle Supports, Handles and Height Settings
Foot/ankle supports, handles and adjustable height systems should be installed as designed by the manufacturer. Initial settings can be placed within the product range, but NY-GoodHome does not prescribe therapeutic angles, user programs or medically appropriate adjustment positions.
Manufacturer Setup and Included Hardware
Keep the model number, parts list and hardware packs together. If a proprietary pin, fastener or adjustment component is missing, that should be resolved before use. The service does not include parts sourcing or manufacturer warranty work.
Placement and Clearance Around the Table
An inversion table needs enough open space to rotate without hitting a wall, ceiling, furniture or other equipment. Send room dimensions if space is tight. The finished table can be awkward to move through doors, so final placement should be considered before assembly is complete.
Assembly Service vs Product or Medical Questions
For general exercise-machine projects see Fitness Equipment Assembly or Weight Bench & Strength Equipment Assembly for strength-oriented equipment. Product use and health questions belong to the manufacturer or appropriate professional. Use Contact with the model and room details.
Before Assembly and Placement
Measure the open area needed for the table to rotate through its full manufacturer-designed range and note nearby walls, ceiling fixtures and other gym equipment. Keep the height-adjustment, ankle-support and safety-lock components with the main hardware package. If the table is used or arrives partly assembled, provide photos so missing safety components can be identified before normal assembly is assumed.
