Multi-Task Handyman Repair Lists
Number each task, attach photos and identify materials/products already purchased. This makes mixed estimates practical.
Doors, Trim and Hardware
Ordinary interior door/trim/hardware can route to dedicated categories; locks/security remain separate.
Walls, Shelves and Mounting
Drywall, shelving and artwork have dedicated pages and should retain substrate/load boundaries.
Furniture and Household Items
Furniture assembly/repair can be included as separate line items within a multi-task visit.
Interior vs Exterior Small Repairs
Exterior height/weather/structural conditions can change capability; roof/facade work is not implied.
When Specialist Work Is Required
Electrical/plumbing/HVAC/gas/structural and blocked V8 pages do not become available just because they appear on a multi-task list. Use category hubs or Contact for proper routing.
Before a General Repair Visit Is Scheduled
Number every task and add the room, material, approximate size and desired result. For mounted items, include wall type if known; for doors or furniture, include model/hardware photos. If several tasks share the same underlying issue—such as moisture, movement or failed utilities—note that relationship. This keeps a multi-task visit efficient without turning the page into a blanket promise to repair every system in the property.
