Relocate Within Property vs New Address
State origin/destination and who handles transportation if addresses differ.
Disassembly and Part Labeling
Components/hardware should be labeled when intended for reuse; condition may limit successful reassembly.
Anchors, Buried or Cemented Components
Show post bases/anchors. Concrete/buried component extraction is separate site work.
Transport and Access
Provide gate widths, stairs, carry paths and destination access. Specialty hauling is not assumed.
New Site Levelness and Assembly Space
Destination should meet product/site requirements; grading/foundations are separate.
Relocation vs New Installation or Removal
New assembly uses Playset & Swing Set Installation; disassembly-only has its page; repair uses Playset Repair & Restoration. Use Contact with both sites and model/photos.
Before Playset Relocation Is Scheduled
Provide full photos at the origin, manufacturer/model if known, finished footprint, anchor/post details and photos of the destination. List gate widths, stairs and transport distance. State who supplies vehicle/transport and whether components must be kept reusable. If wood is rotten, fasteners seized or posts are concreted in, separate repair/extraction work before promising a normal relocation and reassembly.
Condition and Reuse Check
Before relocation, identify rotten/split wood, rusted brackets, cracked plastic and missing hardware, and state whether the destination will reuse the same anchoring system. Disassembly can reveal additional wear, so the scope should not guarantee that every old component remains reusable. If replacement parts are unavailable or structural sections are deteriorated, repair or replacement may be required before reassembly.
