Desks, Chairs and Workstations
List each workstation separately and include left/right orientation for L-shaped desks or standing-desk frames. Chairs can ship in many small components, while desks may arrive across several cartons. When one desk is the only project, Desk & Workcenter Assembly provides a more specific scope.
Conference Tables and Shared-Work Furniture
Conference tables can have long tops, pedestal bases, cable troughs or modular sections that need room for assembly and turning. Shared benches or collaborative tables may connect across several frames. Send finished dimensions and the intended room layout so the furniture can be assembled in the correct location instead of moved through narrow doors after completion.
Filing, Storage and Office Cabinets
Office storage can include filing cabinets, credenzas, bookcases and modular cupboards. Freestanding units fit the furniture scope; wall-mounted or permanently installed cabinetry may require a different service. For storage-cabinet-only projects, use Cabinet & Storage Cabinet Assembly.
Multi-Item Office Assembly Planning
Provide a simple inventory with product links, quantities and the room or station assigned to each item. That allows hardware and boxes to stay matched to the correct furniture. If the project includes dismantling existing workstations, moving furniture between floors or disposing of old items, those tasks should be stated separately rather than assumed.
Building Access, Elevators and Delivery Staging
Commercial buildings can have freight-elevator schedules, loading rules or limited staging space. NY-GoodHome does not claim COI, moving or building-management approvals unless separately established. Send the building access details and where the boxes will be stored before assembly. Mixed smaller pieces can also use Furniture Assembly. Submit the item list through Contact NY-GoodHome.
Project Details to Confirm
Provide one item list grouped by room or workstation and identify anything already assembled, damaged or missing hardware. If the building requires freight-elevator reservations, loading-dock rules or contractor documents, state that before scheduling. Those logistics can affect whether a multi-item office project is straightforward assembly or needs separate moving/building-management arrangements.
